As hand protection experts we are delighted to have received three ISO certifications following a complete Integrated Management System audit, underlining our commitment to delivering the best possible customer experience.
The three ISO accreditations achieved are:
ISO9001:2015 – Quality Management System
ISO14001:2015 – Environmental Management System
ISO45001:2018 – Occupational Health and Safety
International Standards make things work. They give world-class specifications for products, services and systems, to ensure quality, safety and efficiency. STALSEN set objectives that were essential to how they work, and the Integrated Management System fits well around this. Amber Tydeman, Operations Coordinator, has been orchestrating the process from the start to the completion of the audit in March and will be upholding the standards going forward. She commented,
It is great to have these accreditations, but this is so much more than a box ticking exercise for us. It is more important to us to integrate ISO across our business activities and processes to help us deliver the best possible customer experience. We have set three business goals, with targets against each – continual enhancement of our customer satisfaction levels, reduction of our impact on the environment through reduced pollution and ensuring our staff are cared for and happier in the workplace – each goal impacts the service we deliver to customers.”
Going forward, we are on a cycle on continuous improvement and are always looking for new ways to implement the qualities embedded in our culture and reflected in these accreditations. We believe that having these standards in place enhances our reputation as a safe and reliable partner, contractor or supplier, and provides the bedrock for building long-lasting, valued commercial relationships in to the future too.
